Copper Nickel Stud Bolts are typically made from 70/30 (70% copper, 30% nickel) and 90/10 (90% copper, 10% nickel) alloys, often with small amounts of iron and manganese to boost strength and corrosion resistance. The 70/30 alloy boasts a higher tensile strength of up to 500 MPa, while the 90/10 variant offers moderate strength around 400 MPa, along with excellent ductility. Both alloys show good elongation (30–45%) and an elastic modulus of about 140 GPa.
