To satisfy our clients needs by providing high quality products at competitive price as per the schedule and to maintain long term relationship with our clients.
Hastelloy stud bolts are largely made of nickel, molybdenum, chromium, iron, and cobalt, with the specific ratio dependent on the grade (e.g., C-276, C-22, B-2). This alloy boasts superb resistance to reducing and oxidizing conditions, pitting, stress corrosion cracking, and crevice corrosion. These bolts have high tensile strength (even up to 690 MPa), excellent ductility, and thermal stability at a wide temperature range. Their mechanical strength and resistance to corrosion render them very suitable for application in high-pressure, high-temperature, and chemically aggressive service where failure can not be tolerated.
Hastelloy stud bolts find extensive application in chemical processing facilities, where they are subject to hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, and chlorine compound exposures with ease. In the aerospace sector, they provide safe-fastening solutions for high-pressure and high-temperature assemblies. The oil and gas industry uses them for their mission-critical parts exposed to corrosive environments, and marine engineering incorporates them into saltwater-exposed structures. They are further utilized in power generation, drug manufacturing, and pulp & paper applications, where operational reliability, resistance to corrosion, and mechanical strength are requisites for long-term operational safety and efficiency.
